Refund policy

All sales are final. 
Our pieces are individually handmade by one person and quality
checked before shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns
unless the product is visibly faulty. In the rare case of receiving a faulty
item, please email us within 3 days of delivery: info@milatextiles.co.uk
and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
