Shipping policy

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Shipping costs are shown upon
checking out. 
We aim to have your items dispatched within 1 week of placing your
order. 
Please note, we are unable to amend the delivery address after an order
has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the
delivery information is true and accurate. 
We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage caused by the
shipping company. However you can get in touch with us and we will do
our best to help.

DELIVERY
UK
Royal Mail Tracked - Estimated delivery within 3-7 working days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL
Royal Mail International Tracked - Estimated delivery within 7-14 working days after
dispatch. 
Customs and Import Charges
Please note your order may be subject to custom charges or import
duties upon shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these
expenses as they vary widely. The customer is responsible for these
expenses.
We offer worldwide shipping however some countries may be more
difficult to ship to due to postal restrictions and sanctions. 
We currently do not deliver to PO boxes.

email. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible! 

We are currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GSPR regulations implemented by the European Union. We hope to find a way around this in the near future.
