3. Product Availability & Accuracy
We make every effort to display accurate product details, images, and descriptions. However, minor variations in appearance may occur due to differences in display settings or handcrafted nature.
4. Prices & Currency
Prices do not include import duties, local taxes, or customs fees, which may be applied by your country upon delivery.

7. Import Duties & Customs Charges
International customers (including the U.S.) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s customs regulations. We do not include or cover these fees in our product or shipping prices. If you refuse to pay import duties or fail to collect your parcel, and the item is returned to us: We reserve the right to deduct all return shipping, customs, and handling fees from any refund, or in some cases, decline the refund entirely if we incur unrecoverable costs. Please check your local import rules before purchasing.
8. Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Our pieces are individually handmade by one person and quality checked before shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless the product is visibly faulty. 12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those updates.
13. Commission Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing a commissioned piece from Mila Textiles. Every artwork is individually created with care, skill and attention to detail making each piece unique. By placing a custom or commissioned order you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All commissioned and custom artworks are made specifically to your requirements and are created exclusively for you. By approving the final design concept you confirm that all agreed details, colours, placement, sizing, and personalisation elements have been reviewed and approved. Once an order is confirmed, we begin sourcing materials and creating the piece according to the estimated timeframe agreed upon prior to purchase. For these reasons commissions and custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and work has commenced. We encourage clients to carefully review all agreed design details before placing an order.
Production Timeframes
Estimated production times will be provided prior to purchase. These timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as material availability, shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances. Should any significant delays arise, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Photographs of the artworks will be shared with the client only upon completion and within the agreed production period.
Design Approval, Revisions, Alterations
As all commissioned pieces are made to order and tailored specifically to each client, commissioned and personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been received and work has commenced. This is because we begin investing time, expertise, design work, materials and resources into your commission immediately after your order is confirmed.
We encourage clients to carefully review all agreed details before placing their order. Due to the bespoke and highly detailed nature of our process, revisions or alterations cannot usually be made once the piece is in production or has been completed. Any requests for changes after completion will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees and an amended production timeframe depending on the scope and complexity of the modifications.
Handmade Nature of Artwork
Every piece is embroidered by hand and may contain slight variations in texture, stitching, placement, colour or finish. These variations are a natural part of the creative process and contribute to the uniqueness and authenticity of each artwork. While every effort is made to create your artwork in line with the agreed design brief, all commissioned pieces remain original works of art. Reference images, sketches, mood boards are intended as guides only. Some artistic interpretation may be necessary throughout the creative process and by placing a commission you acknowledge and appreciate the artist’s individual style and creative approach.
Customer-Suplied Items
Where a commission involves a customer-supplied item, every reasonable care will be taken throughout the creation process. However, fabrics and materials can vary in age, condition, composition and durability. By supplying an item for customisation, you acknowledge that there is an inherent risk associated with working on existing materials. Mila Textiles cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, fabric weakness, dye inconsistencies, wear and tear or issues arising from the condition or composition of customer-supplied items.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, concepts, sketches, photographs and commissioned pieces remain the intellectual property of Mila Textiles.
The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist at all times. This includes but is not limited to the right to reproduce, publish, licence, exhibit, display, or promote the artwork in any format. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, sold or used commercially without prior written permission of Mila Textiles. Design concepts, sketches and mock-ups remain the property of Mila Textiles and may not be reproduced, shared with third parties for reproduction or commissioned elsewhere without written permission.
Photography & Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise before work begins, we reserve the right to photograph and share commissioned artwork for portfolio, website, exhibition, social media and promotional purposes. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let us know before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery

Customs & Import Charges for Commissioned Work

These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. While we offer worldwide shipping, some countries may be restricted due to postal limitations or sanctions.
