Custom pieces are non-refundable as each is made to order and tailored to every individual.

Once the order has been placed, we will then source materials and create the piece within 3 weeks of purchase. The estimated delivery timeframe is 7-14 working days after dispatch for International orders and 3-5 working days for UK orders.
